The cost of the systems varies based on configuration. Radian Laser Systems starts around $14,000 and goes up from there. The cost is based on a number of things from 2D or 3D, Fiber, CO2, UV, or Galvo versus Flatbed. We do not have prices listed on our website since every machine is built to the customers’ needs.

3D Marking on a Curve without work piece rotation is a feature available only with a Radian Laser System. All of our 3D systems will have this ability, but you can also add optional rotary kits to improve your productivity.
It is recommended that you do not leave your laser operating unattended.
There is not much maintenance with a Radian Laser System. Keeping the laser clean and dust free, wiping out the inside of the system occasionally and ensure your fume extractor is properly vented.
Our team is happy to set up a virtual or in-person training session and installation support is also available. Be sure to mention your specific needs to your account representative so you can get set up for success.
Yes, if you are using any open-frame laser or working with the safety doors open on any of our lasers you will need to be operating with safety glasses on. We sell additional glasses after laser purchase.
We run occasional promotions throughout the year. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and follow our social media accounts for the latest updates.
Once setup using a galvo or flatbed laser is simple. Although the process is simple we have provided videos on our YouTube channel to gain some common knowledge on the operation. If you need further assistance we are available to assist to make sure using your Radian Laser is simple and straightforward.
Radian’s galvo-based laser systems are capable of being integrated with a variety of robots and robotic applications. Check out our recent collaboration with Stevens Engineering here
Galvo lasers are a type of laser that uses galvanometer motors to move the laser beam quickly and precisely. This makes them ideal for use with robotics,. Robots can be used to pick up and present items to be marked to the laser or in some cases the laser itself can be integrated onto the end of a robotic arm to perform precise laser cutting, welding, and marking tasks. Radian Laser Systems offers a range of galvo lasers, including fiber laser systems, CO2 laser systems, and UV laser systems, all of which can be integrated with robotics. These systems are designed for high precision and can be customized to meet specific application requirements.
In 2019, we partnered with Concept Systems at the AUTOMATE show in Chicago. Through this partnership, we successfully created a demonstration system that integrated our 3D fiber laser technology, a Scara robot and linear motion conveyor to create a highly complex pen personalization / marking system. The system allowed the user to personalize a pen, initiating the system to use the robot to picked and place the pen into a conveyor system that resulted in the pen being shuttled under the open frame fiber laser and precisely marked. The system then carried the pen to another station where it was picked up again by the SCARA robot and dropped into a basket. The seamless integration of our technology with theirs was a clear demonstration of our ability to collaborate with an integrator to create solutions to complex part marking and handling solutions. Attendees at the event were impressed by our capabilities and the potential for future partnerships. See the setup in action over on our YouTube Channel Here: https://youtu.be/L35ZEUsH6JA
