.Net/C++ Windows API
Controller’s processing engine is based on a low-level XML API (Application Programming Interface). In order to minimize automation and customization time and effort, INTELLASE has a higher-level .Net/Win32DLL API which takes care of network connection requirement and has vector-oriented instructions. These APIs can be used to create a GUI application which interacts with the controller using tethered connection, or it can be used to create offline job files which can then be sent to the controller for stand-alone execution.
In addition to simple vector operations, the API comes with a rich set of features that make integration seamless. These features include:
Vector and raster import tool
2D and 3D manipulation capability
Hatching algorithms
Industry standard symbolic codes (Barcode, data matrices, etc.)
Visualization tool kit
Custom Scripting language for communicating with hardware
To reduce the learning curve of the API and decrease customization time, we have included multiple examples together with extensive documentation and syntax completion.
